Your Trip: We pride ourselves on being able to meet your every need. Whether it's a surprise birthday cake for a member of your group, special medical concerns, unusual equipment requests or logistical issues, we can work with you to create the kind of trip you want. If our launch dates, group sizes or rates don't meet your needs, give us a call and we'll do our best to accommodate you. We also cover all permit/fee expenses and paperwork.
Group sizes: Most trips will run with a minimum of 4-6 guests (fewer at our discretion). Large groups may be broken down into smaller units to comply with permit restrictions. Generous group discounts available on most trips, depending on which trip you want and when you can go. Group leaders must organize their own group and meet minimum numbers, collect payments to qualify for the special discount. Every day trip includes lunch, shuttle and permits except by special arrangement. Shuttle: At the end of the trip, you need to be transported back to where the trip began. We have vans to take your group back. In some circumstances, we may return only drivers, or ask that you shuttle a guide back to the van, to help keep trip prices reasonable. On longer trips, you may elect to have your personal vehicle shuttled by a separate shuttle company, so that it is waiting for you at the end of the trip. We do not cover this cost, but can provide you with a list of companies. Remember, breakdowns happen to guest and company vehicles alike. We ask that you allow extra time, flexibility and patience for meeting times and shuttles.

Lunches include veggies, fruit, chips/crackers, cookies/pastries, beverages. Overnight trips include a main course (chicken, steak, lasagna, etc.) with side dishes (vegetable, stir fry, baked potato, salad, garlic bread), dessert (baked right on the river!) and beverages.
